1. Acceptance of Terms

If you do not agree, you must not use this Site or purchase any products. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Research Use Only — Strict Limitation

All products sold by Vita Aminos are:

• Intended exclusively for in-vitro laboratory and scientific research purposes
• Not approved by the U.S. Food & Drug Administration (FDA) or any other regulatory body for human or veterinary use
• Not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition
• Not for human consumption, injection, or any form of self-administration

Purchasers assume full legal responsibility for compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws governing the possession and use of research chemicals in their jurisdiction. Vita Aminos is not responsible for any misuse of its products.

3. Age & Eligibility Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase from this Site. By completing a purchase you confirm that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to cancel any order if we have reasonable grounds to believe the purchaser does not meet this requirement. We may require verification of age or researcher credentials at our discretion.

4. Product Information

Vita Aminos makes reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, purity claims, and pricing are accurate. All purity levels are verified by independent third-party testing with certificates of analysis (COAs) available upon request. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions are entirely error-free. Product images are illustrative only. Specifications are subject to change without notice.

5. Orders & Payment

• Orders are subject to acceptance and availability at the time of placement
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders suspected of misuse
• Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without prior notice
• Payment must be completed in full before shipment
• All applicable taxes are the responsibility of the buyer

6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping terms, timelines, and carrier information are detailed in our Shipping Policy. Vita Aminos is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control. Risk of loss and title transfer to the buyer upon handoff to the carrier.

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of research chemical products, all sales are final unless the product arrives damaged or is materially different from the description. Refund and return eligibility is governed by our Refund & Returns Policy. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

All content on this Site — including text, images, logos, product descriptions, and design elements — is the property of Vita Aminos or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in the State of Florida under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
